A 48 page presentation brochure for Ellinicon 3 (ε3), a new four-storeyed appartment block, that is being built in Kato Hellinikon, Athens. It the first one of its kind in Greece, rated A+ (the highest possible class) for its energy efficiency, according to the Regulation on the Energy Performance of Buildings (REPB).
